Nicole Eaton, of the Directors for the Missouri Paralegal Association, passed away recently. Her presence as a colleague and friend is already sorely missed.

Our hearts and thoughts go out to her family and friends as we join in mourning her loss.

The next CLE is Tuesday, 10/21/25 at noon, on Immigration Law (open to the public at no cost.)

The next Board of Directors meeting is Monday, 11/10/25, 7 pm
(everyone welcome, including prospective members or affiliates!).

HONORING NICOLE: A Virtual Presentation on Intimate Partner Violence, presented by True North of Columbia, will be held on 10/29/25 and is open to the general public at no cost.

The Holiday Social is 12/10/25, 7 pm.

The Missouri Paralegal Association is your local, Midwest, professional organization designed to support, educate, and advance the paralegal profession.

It is the mission of the Missouri Paralegal Association to advance the paralegal profession. This includes networking, collaboration, continuing education, involvement in our national association and their platforms, encouraging and mentoring paralegal students, and educating the public at large as to the value of paralegals, our limitations, and our mission of increasing access to justice and value for clients and employers.

We are local - in both urban and rural areas of Missouri. We live or work in all areas of law and for all types of employers (plaintiff firms, defense firms, government, corporate, freelance). We live or work in Missouri (or other regional areas) and understand the unique dynamics of our state. Most of our events are conducted virtually, so as to include as many participants as possible. We look forward to partnering with you as well!

Did you know we offer a FREE Job Bank for prospective employers? Soon, you will be able to submit your openings online and all MPA members will be able to see your confidential details.
